Villa Alegra is a massive 12000m2 plot of land, and the villa itself is 300m2 distributed on two floors.
On the ground floor you will find a grand stone wall entrance hall which leads to a bright luminous living/ dinning room area with two sofas, where you can watch satellite tv or surf the internet. The dinning room table seats eight guests and leads out to the gardens.
The stylish kitchen caters to all your needs and is totally equipped . Also has a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer with cupboards equipped with sheets and extra towels should you need them.
A double room with twin beds that leads directly out to the garden. Bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, two of which have kingsize beds and the other, two twins with desk space to study or work.
