The house is located 100 meters from one of the best beaches, turquoise waters and white sand of Mallorca.

The property  decorated with a nice style of new furniture, has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower on the upper floor, one of them en suite and a toilet on the 0 floor.

Two of this rooms has spectacular views of the lake and the mountains and all are equipped with air conditioning with heat pump for the less hot months. The mattresses are of high quality and new.

The main  floor consists of a new American style kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook or bake.

Appliances like Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher at your disposal.

The cozy living room, the open concept dining room, the absolutely adorable outside space.

Fishing is allowed in front of the house, an activity that enchants children.

The area is really quiet, in the lake normally practice sports  as kayak and it is usual to visit ducks that live in it.

Electricity is paid separately 0.25 euro KwH.

Guests are required to pay the ECOTASA, children under 16 years don´t pay .

It is also mandatory for security to send a photo of the passport of the adults who reside in the house before their arrival.
