Dear Grandmother is a charming town house that has 240 m2 of house distributed on two floors and spacious rooms.

The identity of Sa Predina  remains intact thanks to it´s high original flooring, built in 1911 and renovated in 1956 and 2009 with the utmost care to maintain its heritage and its natural and cheerful spaces.

The house has 5 double bedrooms, one of them on the top floor with private bathroom en suite and direct access to the private terrace.

On the lower floor we find the rest of the rooms.

Two of the rooms with single beds are connected to each other, which is fun for the little ones, it also has a private bathroom with a large triangular bath en suite.

The cozy lounge is equipped with three comfortable sofas where you can relax watching satellite TV or surfing the internet.

The dining room has room for up to 10 people and a direct connection to the kitchen that is currently under renovation, which is fully equipped with everything needed for the house's chef.

The outdoor space is an authentic oasis of peace with nooks under palm trees where you can read a good book, cook a natural pizza with local products in the wood oven or swim and swim in the 9x5 meter chlorine pool.

Of course at your disposal there is also a great barbecue to cook on the grill.

The outdoor area is completely closed so that the safety of children is assured.

In Maria de la Salud you will enjoy a quiet, peaceful environment and you will find services such as banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, playgrounds, sports centers ....

If you want to go to the beach you will find it just 10 minutes away by car, such as Can Picafort or the famous Playas de Muro, 15 minutes away by car.
